In the Freak File today we talked about Tom Willis, a man who’s on the mission to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at every Major League baseball stadium this season…with a twist.

Tom was born without arms, which makes pitching the conventional way a bit more difficult…how does he do it? With his feet! Here’s a video:

I believe that was a split finger/toe fastball.

Am I the only one who thinks the Tigers should look at him for the bullpen?
