Enrollment is down by about 275 students in the St. Clair Catholic District School Board, as the school year gets underway tomorrow. Director of Education Paul Wubben says officials were projecting the decline. Wubben says on the positive side, full-day kindergarten will begin at St. Joseph and St. Agnes in Chatham and Holy Family in Wallaceburg.
