With construction moving ahead, St Clair College officials say the new baking school in downtown Chatham will fit seamlessly with food preparation programs in Windsor. Director of Strategic Planning, Lynn McGeachy Shultz says the new satellite campus will offer a basic course. Construction is expected to be complete in the spring with the first students in place a year from now.
