I often wonder when I go through a stressfull situation whether it be something small or something significant in our lives, such as health issues where would I be without my relationship with Christ. Interestingly enough, this week, researchers at the University of Toronto Scarborough are seeing a link between stress reduction, while thinking about God. They have found that when people think about God and religion, our brain responds with less distress in many situations.

I have provided a link to the report. It’s not published yet, but on-line for review.
