I’m tired today. Not because I had an extremely busy day yesterday, but because I stayed up way too late watching mindless TV.

I’m a huge proponent of mindless TV. I like to veg out in front of the TV and shut my brain off (keep your jokes to yourself) Sports are usually my show of choice, but when my team isn’t playing I’ll turn to my guilty TV pleasures. Last night I was up watching a Billy the Exterminator marathon. Have you watched this? Addicting.

Lately I’ve found myself watching a lot of MTV’s Teen Cribs, anything on DIY, Friday Night Lights or Holmes Inspection.  TLC does a good job of hooking me weekly, not exactly sure how they do it – but they do. My TLC mindless favourites? I Didn’t Even Know I Was Pregnant or Look What I Found in my Ear!
